Unable to even add a card

I’m unsure how this app has so many good reviews. It is impossible to even add a card to pay. I tried from every add card modal and path through the app to add card. I’ve entered my information dozens of times now.

Unable to add payment info

I’ve tried everything and unfortunately my payment info never saves, therefore I cannot place my order.
The app is useless if I can’t order. Not ideal right before school starts.
(The menu options also don’t look too healthy or appealing)

LondonTown99, We're very sorry for the frustrating experience trying to save your credit card on Monday night. Our merchant bank had an outage that prevented cards from being able to be saved. We are as frustrated as you. The system is updated and working so pls feel free to retry that at your convenience. Best Food Ever!!

I got a new job and so this is amazingly helpfull for my daugther and myself and the prices r very good but Mostly the flavor love the cheese enchiladas!!

Kid gained weight from high carb/fat choielunch. Too much pasta or fried. Plz add healthier option

1 What oil do you use to cook cheese burgers? 2 The Asian choices are too limited if you don’t like carb (noodles). I hope you could add more healthier alternatives like Chinese stir fry tomato scrambled egg over rice; or LuRouFan : Taiwanese braised pork over rice. Those are going to get you more Asian parents (high percentage in private school) convert. Even Spanish scrambled egg is better than just scrambled egg for some veggie. Introducing little veggies to breakfast for lunch.
