App updates have progressively gotten worst
Over time I feel the app has gotten more buggy and crashes more. Right now scrolling the app and navigating to different sections has really lagged and sometimes freezes. Not sure what they did but overall performance of the app feels like it’s gotten worst even if the UI might look better.

Yes, they added tipping, and the delivery windows require some planning ahead, but the quality of the produce, the variety of local products, and the customer service remain unbeaten. And, the app is great to boot.
Spam notifications, buggy
This app with spam you obsessively with notifications. Shameful and desperate behavior on behalf of good eggs. On top of that this app constantly is buggy and logging me out. Service is cool but this app seems to be built by the same folks who maintain the DMV website. Such a mess.
Running a scam?
They were running $50 off promo for new user with referral. I got in with my friend’s referral and bought bunch of groceries, was told to be delivered the second day but it never came. What happened next is just shocking, the app suddenly changed the order status to be delivered, it was “not ready for delivery “ minutes ago.
Of course I tried to contact the customer service which doesn’t exist basically. I can’t find a number to call, only a webpage to fill up and got an email saying someone will come to contact me which never happened after a week
All in all, is this a scammer? I’ll just have to dispute the expense in my credit card

This app is scam. They just charge u, cancel the order without refund.

No delivery, account cant log in, but post the charge on credit card. Avoid at any cost.
spammy notifications gotta stop!
The groceries are good (but very expensive) but the app is bad and so annoying -- it just started sending me ads in notifications multiple times a day with no ability to turn them off. Had to uninstall the app to stop getting bothered to buy overpriced cheese. Maybe instead of spending time writing software to spam paying customers you could put a delivery estimate in the app, rather than sending me to a sketchy website that is extremely broken.

App bricked itself with last update
As title. I updated the app yesterday. It will no longer open - just tried 24 hrs later and still the same problem. Just the latest in a long line of tech competency gaffes on a business I love for its food and supplier chains but rarely use these days due to the number of issues I encounter. Please fix, so I can live your company again. . .

Horrifying Customer Service
Avoid this business and app at all costs: Not work your time and money. The app has latency issues. The service has quality and delivery issues. You will spend more time waiting for your order, and speaking to an ineffective customer service department than you would spend just going to the store and looking up recipes. Good Eggs changed payment companies and pre-charged me twice, when my bank blocked the second charge due to fraud protection, Good Eggs Customer service blamed me and accused me of having insufficient funds. When I filed a complaint about the my order being delivered outside the window (significantly) Carlos H of customer service sent me screenshots of a previous request, attempting to gaslight me that my new request was addressed. They then promised to make it right by a date - and ghosted me. This is a regular occurrence, hateful, passive agressive and nasty customer service department AVOID GOOD EGGS they are terrible!

This app is slower than dial up
Click and wait thirty seconds! I’ve submitted feedback to them but just get customer services run arounds. It’s been over a year of a dodgy app, they likely don’t care.

Love the app and service. I just wish there was a shopping list feature so I didn’t have to switch between favorites and past orders.
Service is great; app is wanting
I looove using Good Eggs. The produce is great, there are tons of options, and everything arrives on time with no hassle. Customer service has been super helpful when I need it, too. No major complaints with the app (I can complete an order), but it’s just kind of glitchy. Takes a while to load products and it’s not always responsive when I click something. I also wish they had nutrition facts for commercial items. I end up having to look them up online.

Quality declining, prices rising
I have used Goodeggs frequently in the beginning.. it was great! But now.. you are pushed into a 299.00 subscription fee which is suppose reduce the add on fees applied to each order.. WRONG.. still get charged ridiculous add on fees.. and now they force you to tip their drivers… all the while quality and customer service declines.. I feel completely misled..

App doesn’t work well. Not usable
The session expiry message pops up every time you open the app and blocks the view. Preventing navigation.
As of few weeks ago, the recipe kits do not show ingredients and instructions. This makes the app pretty useless. They stopped sending recipes cards a while ago, so the app was the backup solution. But now it’s broken. No ETA on a fix. Very frustrating

Good Eggs, not really more like Bad Eggs
In today's era of advanced technology and delivery services, it's surprising to encounter a company that consistently fails to meet a 4-hour delivery window. Despite repeated instances, the response is often limited to a perfunctory apology accompanied by a mere $3 credit, which hardly seems adequate.
