Need Help
I was liking this app and then it asked me to update so I did now it won’t connect to my CU302. Tried everything. Power off, phone. Tried turning the WiFi off on the unit and it will not turn off following Grundfos instructions to try and reset that portion of it.

QR codes on newer pumps get picked instantly.
Older pumps just type in the P/N number and it pops up with suggestions straight away.

Agree with other reviews - utterly useless
On the surface this seems like an ideal app. In reality none of the functionality works! Try and scan a QR code? Forget it it won’t work. Try and use the clever camera function to identify your pump? You’re wasting your time. Literally nothing works. I hate to think how much was spent on developing this disaster of an app.

On switch needed
Please add an on switch that will heat everything up and I won’t have to deactivate the schedule. On Christmas we needed hot water for all our guest. I forgot to switch back to the schedule and it has been heating all night long. If I was able just to hit an on outside of the schedule, I think that would’ve been a great thing other than having even remember to turn it back on the schedule instead of just hitting on on switch.

Overloaded doesn’t work half the time.
I use the app to cycle pumps at work. The new app is beyond terrible. So overblown with unnecessary features that it barely does its primary function. The app is so slow it takes upwards of a full minute at times for the app to even register that the pump has been started and another full minute to recognize it’s on so you can turn it off. Terrible. Go back to the original.

Muy visual, poco funcional
App con un lavado de cara y nuevas funcionalidades, pero 3 pasos atrás en lo que a puesta en marcha de bombas se refiere respecto a GO Remote.
Es muy inestable, de repente se cuelga al operar parametros.
No es compatible con Magna 1 por IR.
El conexionado es muy lento via radio, en lugar de seleccionar la bomba con su boton de conexionado, te sale una lista con todas las disponibles (no sale el nombre, sólo modelo) y tienes que adivinar cuál es la que quieres configurar.
Deberían ampliar funcionalidades de Go Remote, manteniendo lo que ya funciona perfecramente.

Decent, but needs better user interface
I installed this pump so that I would be able to have hot water without wasting water. I’ve had installed for three weeks and I’m pretty frustrated. The app has different settings or curves that I really don’t understand. When I get home from work early and I want to take a shower I would love to be able to push a button and let it run so that can have a hot shower in a couple minutes. However, I can’t do that without turning off the schedule. Also, no matter what type of setting I have even when it’s supposed to stay hot, it still takes about five minutes for it to be hot. I don’t know who to call. I can’t seem to figure out on the app and I’m so frustrated. I did attempt to call someone in Charlotte and they said they have a pump guy, but he wasn’t available.

Leider unbrauchbar!
Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen und mich zeitgleich fragen, wer programmiert und vor allem, wer gibt sowas frei. Keinerlei Vorteile in der App für die Praxis!!! Hier sollte Grundfos mal kräftig die IT-App-Abteilung überarbeiten.

Egal welche Grundfoss. Keine Verbindet sich
Leider bei Keiner Pumpe hat sich jemals eine Verbindung aufgebaut. Selbst bei der Magna 3 nicht. Und davon haben wir neben die Alphas auch einige am laufen. Das kann man sich eigentlich sparen.
App does not work
I tried searching for sqe pumps. Nothing comes up. App look pretty. But seems to do nothing.
Diese App ist ein Blender - für die SCALA1 nutzlos!
Die App ist quasi nutzlos - alle interessanten Funktionen, die in der Beschreibung versprochen werden, sind für die Scala1 nicht verfügbar.
Und Jungs: das Connection Symbol ist das Zeichen für WLAN - hier ist aber lediglich eine ältere Bluetooth Version verbaut! Diese braucht entsprechend ewig für den Verbindungsaufbau und hat eine Reichweite von ca. 5m - toll. Da die App nicht viel mehr kann, als die 3 Tasten auf der Pumpe, ist sie sinnlos. Ach nee: mit den 3 Tasten kann man wenigstens die Fehler zurücksetzten: das kann man in der App nicht. Da muß man erst zur Pumpe rennen und die Reset-Taste drücken ;-/.

Und nix mit Stromverbrauch- und Fördermengenanzeige. Nicht mal die Firmware Version der Pumpe kann man auslesen. Ein Firmware Update bei der Installation schlug erstmal fail, ein weiterer Versuch ist nicht möglich, weil die App jetzt meint, die neueste FW wäre schon drauf. Beim iPhone geht noch nicht mal die Umschaltung auf Querbildschirm. Und ständig wechselt die Sprache in den Menüs von Deutsch auf Englisch bis hin zu Kyrillisch! Ecademy gibts nur in Englisch (im Internet gibts mehrere Sprachen). Echt super programmiert Leute!
Aber die Pumpe (Grundfos SCALA1 5-55) ist echt gut (leise und macht trotzdem mächtig Ballet) - schade, daß der Sprung zu smart home hier gewaltig in die Hosen ging…
Vielleicht mal selber etwas Programmierkompetenz aufbauen und nicht alles nach Osteuropa und China beauftragen?
