One star for potential… all wasted
I can’t give this app a decent review because it both had a wonky, bug-ridden interface AND it failed its own core mission, to provide me any useful information about the product we just had installed.
In fact this app does not seem to know that the model we have - Comfort 10-16, #99836602, I searched by both name and number - even EXISTS. There was no available info on this product at all, which was the sole reason I downloaded it. So… yeah.

Rotate screen
Still does not rotate screen on iphone 12, after many updates.
Generally a good app, but some issues that should be easy to fix…
Overall, this is a good app, however, there are some bugs / areas for improvement:
- Flow-rate readings are wrong when selecting different measurement units, such as l/min which displays a number 60 times greater than it should and is therefore actually showing l/hr. When switching to l/hr, it displays <0 l/hr.
- Head readings are wrong when selecting different measurement unit, such as cm which displays a number 1,000,000 times greater than it should.
- When switching away from the app and then back to the app whilst connected to a pump, the connection is generally lost and you have to go back to the pump and reconnect. It would be great if you could store a pump that you regularly connect to and connect without having to press the button on the pump.
- It would be great if the main summary page for the pump showed flow-rate and head pressure - these have to be accessed via the status page

A joke
These dongles are terrible, which makes the app pointless. Bluetooth could easily be incorporated into the pumps by default cutting out a constant source of failure, work with these pumps daily and can never get into them due to this built in fail point.
Just terrible
Aside from the UI being absolutely horrid with this app, the developers have managed to screw up something with the MI 301 remote in a recent release. The device no longer shows up in the app even though it is connected to the Bluetooth on my phone and there’s no way to troubleshoot the problem. Their support is non existent. When clicking on App Support in the app store, I’m taken to a broken webpage. This needs to be fixed quickly and next time test your software adequately so you don’t leave your customers out in the cold. Also, when the customer has a problem there should be a straight forward way to get in touch with your team to resolve the issue. This really isn’t something I should have to tell you.

App is useless
Uploaded parameters from a pump and saved them to my phone, I think? The next day I wanted to look at them. Found the file I saved it as and the only thing I could do with the file is delete it. Second, what is the purpose in creating a project if you can’t put anything in it.
Fix the dongle
Fix the dongle. Standing in front of clients and not being able to operate the expensive controller is not good.
Hard to use.
The dongle you are forced to use is temperamental about connecting to any smartphone. I miss using my R100. The dongles are expensive and the one I have now is just an expensive paper weight. App is good. It’s the dongle that is the weak leak in the chain..
Terrible
Finally got pump to connect via ir on my iPhone X and then loses signal halfway through programming. Then can no longer connect.

It's a good application, but I couldn't use the sizing tool!! It gives me this message " None of the supported applications are enabled in Settings"

Communication
Awesome app, but would be very nice to have an update to use with the iPhone 6 communication without the dongle. There is possibility there. Would be great to not have to take off my case over and over to connect the dongle. For this reason only is why I give 4 stars.

What is with some of these model numbers. My supplier hasn't even heard of some of these. Needs to have results with more basic pumps.
Awsome App
Super app for controlling my pumps. It is much better than the former R100 and much easier to use. Very intuative and the interface is amazing!
