Easy use of app/ amazing customer support
I’ve been using GrydPark since they started. Initially had challenges but they were always ready to help. Few years later they still provide amazing customer service and are quick to rectify any issues

Monthly parking
Gryd took over parking where I monthly park. However I have found them to be completely disorganized, they do not police they’re lots and have seen on a daily basis vehicles that park consistently in the lot to take up multiple spots, abandoned vehicles illegally parked for a week. Trying to find any information about your monthly parking on the app is impossible and the response time from emailing support is lengthy and not helpful. I am seeing why they can be cheaper than imperial, you get what you pay for it seems.

Love pre-booking and driving up to my parking spot with no hassle. I also like that there are notes on how to get to the parking lot if you are not very familiar with the area. Awesome app!
Great Alternative Parking Solution
Great solution for local Winnipeg parking - especially in the downtown area. A big plus for me is that the user interface is very user friendly and easy to look at!

I hate driving around looking for parking, it used to make me avoid going downtown - but NOT ANYMORE! I love being able to search and book my parking before I even leave my house, takes so much stress out of my trips downtown.
Best Parking App Ever
Incredible app! I love how the mapping shows all the parking lot possible in proximity with where I want to go. All the prices listed there for us to choose the reasonable price!

When it works- it’s great.
Literally half of the time this app does not work. It makes me sign in each time (even when passwords saved) and then says “try again later”. Very inconvenient when already park and need to get to a meeting. Customer service is great however and helpful, but I shouldn’t have to go through them each time. Fix the app please. And no, I am not the only one with issues. Our entire team uses this app, and it fails them too.

A great alternative when looking to save on costs
Some of the lots have great pricing compared to street pricing and other options which saves me some money when going downtown!

Best app to use for Jets games!
I always avoid circling around to find a spot when going to the game when I use GrydPark. There are lots of spots close by for super cheap! Highly recommend!!!
