Great support and easy to book
I am a new driver, thanks to Grydpark i found a parking even tho its 13 mins away its still amazing! I think i contacted them like 3 times and they have the best support!
No option to choose your stall number
This app is garbage. I scanned the code in the spot I pulled into and paid my five hours. After everything it told me to park in spot 2, even tho I pulled into, and scanned the code for spot 7. Someone was in spot 2 already. It was impossible to change the stall number in the app and I had an appointment so I couldn’t wait around for someone to reply to me. Absolutely awful app design. It’s like it’s made for people planning ahead for a spot. You can’t just pick the spot that’s available.

Easy use of app/ amazing customer support
I’ve been using GrydPark since they started. Initially had challenges but they were always ready to help. Few years later they still provide amazing customer service and are quick to rectify any issues
