This application is not being used by one specific business or organization. The application is being utilized to conduct a decentralized clinical trial by various independent clinics and hospital networks in order to work with a large patient population. This application, GSK 221458, is not intended to be used (nor able to be used) on an iPad. Please be careful when entering the email and password. The application uses HealthKit and Apple's ResearchKit library to conduct clinical trials.
