An account is issued by GST, and a GST administrator must verify your identity documents and activate your account before any delivery screen becomes available. If you have not been onboarded by GST, this app will do nothing for you. If you are a GST rider, here's your day. GO ONLINE, GET WORK Flip one switch to go online and start receiving delivery offers. Your live location is shared with GST dispatch while you're online — including when the app is in the background — so we can send you the jobs that are actually closest to you, and so the customer can watch you approach on their map. Go offline and the sharing stops. TAKE THE JOB Offers arrive with a sound and a buzz, so you won't miss one while you're moving. See the pickup, the drop-off, the vehicle class and the fare before you accept. Accept it or pass on it. NAVIGATE AND DELIVER Open the job and follow it end to end: on the way to pickup, at pickup, picked up, on the way to drop-off, delivered. One tap opens your usual navigation app for turn-by-turn directions. One tap calls the customer or the recipient. CAPTURE THE PROOF Close out every delivery properly: the recipient's name, their signature on your screen, and a photo of the handover if you need one. Add a note if something needs saying. If the job is cash on delivery, the app reminds you to collect before you can mark it delivered. TRACK WHAT YOU'VE EARNED See today, this week and this month at a glance — deliveries completed and cedis earned — plus your available balance. CASH OUT Withdraw your earnings straight to your MTN, Vodafone or AirtelTigo Mobile Money number, from inside the app. GETTING STARTED Your first run is a verification step: upload a clear photo of your driver's licence, your Ghana Card, and your vehicle.
