Never notified Resturant of order. Left a group of 11 students without dinner. Do better.
Phone number bug
Cannot use my phone number for my account because someone else had used my phone number on their account previously -_- it should obviously verify the number and update it. Why doesn’t it have this technology?
Great potential, slow delivery, no way to text customer care
App has great potential, delivery times little on the slow side, hopefully it improves with time
Poor service
I don’t even know where to begin, the delivery is super expensive, especially since your food takes forever to get delivered…also better communication between the app and the restaurants need to be implemented,I shouldn’t have to order something then get a call saying that the thing I wanted is not available AFTER GTEATZ TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY CARD, don’t waste your time with this app just go buy your food yourself.

Works like Uber Eats! Good selection of restaurants. My go to service when in Guyana.

The app will not and the 6 digit code to my phone when trying to setup a profile for the app. Should be able to use the app with having to create a profile. This apps need a major update.
Update: finally got the code sent to my phone. But now when placing an order the app says it’s not delivering to my area and gives no indication why or when it will. Another disappointment.

Great platform
Used the app to get food delivered while we were visiting Georgetown and it was really great; user friendly and with realtime tracking of the driver
Excellent and convenient!
Apart from not having much food options (hopefully there will be more in the near future), the service and experienced drivers makes this experience an exceptional one. It’s super convenient to be able to order food and payment options are great and secure! Would recommend to anyone.

Best service and customer support
Tried to find issues but they were great
I’m a skeptic by nature especially when it comes to things in Guyana, but this is the first app that will receive five stars from me and I don’t give 5 stars out lightly. It worked as advertised. I ordered Chinese food from Hilton, and I was able to pay with my companies AMEX card. Only issue is the time but they have no control over that so I won’t ding them.

Horrible App and Support
I ordered popeye’s chicken. The order was chicken, fries and corn. After 45 minutes of waiting to see if my order is on the way. I reached out to support. I gave my order number to the support center. They wrote back saying the order was canceled, because they had no corn. With no indication via the app requesting if they should go ahead with the order, or take off the corn and continue with the order or cancel the order all together. 👎🏽
