useful but could use some UI tweaks
app is easy to use - but there is no way to adjust the font - it’s really small and thin. it doesn’t follow with the ios text sizing and there’s no adjustment possible within the app. i have to take screenshots to zoom in on the text - but luckily the app doesn’t lose its place

Slow app
App is so much slower than what they had before and now on many billers you have to select the day to pay the bill on bill pay when it used to be automatically chosen even though you could change to any other day of your choosing.

Needs to work, not as good as it could be
Comparing to other financial institutions that I am with this one is by far, probably the worst in my portfolio. It takes too long for the transactions to go through when you’re sending. To the account and they want to fee you to make the transaction speed faster. honestly, I’m not too fond of that. The interface is made complicated for transferring funds from and or to accounts. The app puts to much emphasis of where the money is coming from or going realistically, I should just be able to select some accounts with some nicknames I place for my convenience. Also, I just got build a new charge. It’s called a mailed statement fee. Which if you ask me, it’s ridiculous. I never asked to be sent mail on statements let alone I’ve never known as financial institution or corporation. That would charge you for something you didn’t sign up for it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend doing business with GTE financial. The only reason they get two stars is because they have Face ID that’s about it.

Impossible to get ahold of on the phone, automated system just loops you around then tells you to call back later. Sparse locations. Rejects payments, causes you to pay fees with other institutions.
