Latest update doesn’t work properly
This app worked very well until the latest update. I don’t know what they did because all it says it bug fixes but every time you switch patches the whole system freezes up. You have to kill the app and turn everything off and back on before it works again. Please fix this!!!

Love the P800 Love the App!
Guitar plays great, was setup good out of box, quality instrument! The app is great! Took me a very short time to figure out. Drums sync to looper, and work great. Easy to set level between guitar and your loops, although would be nice to have those settings on the same screen as looper. My guitar came with the Bluetooth pedal, and mini amp. The pedal works great, and is easy to operate. The little amp is ok, but it’s a tiny amp, and sounds that way. All together the GTRS guitar bundle, and app are worth every cent!

Easy to Navigate and Great App!
I recently purchased the P800 and it is worth every penny! Great playing and sounding guitar, perfectly setup out of box! It took me about an hour to figure out the app. I don’t get why all the negative reviews. Yes it would be nice if they gave you step by step instructions, but I had no problem figuring out how to use it at all! Everything in the app worked perfectly. I used the drums and jammed to them, then synced them together with the looper and it worked great. I revamped some presets, and easily added and adjusted the effects to and from them, and easily saved them. Was a breeze to change type of pickups on each of the pickups, and to change from headphones to mixer, or power amp settings. They deserve the 5 stars as far as my experience with the guitar and the app goes!

Awesomeness!
The app works great. Not sure why I see people saying there are so many problems. This guitar has the best sounding amps and effects I have ever used. The amp feel is also incredible. Keep up the great work on this.

Update: below. Drum machine will not scroll between supposedly 40 styles or rhythm patterns. Only displays one pattern. Firmware update is current and have reinstalled app twice.

After 2 days and finding no support online or decent manual, I’m giving up and may return the guitar. Videos online for this guitar are no help.

Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected for more than 10 seconds
Bluetooth connection will find the guitar and connect initially but then drops and disconnects after a few seconds. Really frustrating and makes it impossible to use the real features of the guitar
Doesn’t work as advertised. No support
The app is just glitchy! Connects…then the guitar doesn’t load…My looping function simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried to email support several times, but the contact us page just flashes something in Korean for 5 seconds and then nothing happens. The built in effects are great. Really wish they would fix this app or at least provide enough information to possibly troubleshoot it.

Bluetooth drops out after 10-15 seconds
I can’t get the GTRS MIDI Bluetooth app to stay connected for more than 15 seconds on an iPhone 13 Max. The audio stays connected just fine. The app and guitar are pretty useless until you get this sorted out.
Once you do get it fixed I think this will be a very cool app/electronic guitar pairing. The guitar is very nice but the app really doesn’t work.
