The user interface is horrible, you can’t really do much on the app. It’s a disgrace. Do better.

Unable to log in

I’m unable to log in for over two weeks now. This is really frustrating! I need to send money home but I can’t because of this. The GTWorld app is not working in the UK. I have mailed, sent messages on their social media platforms but no solution or response!

Update

I tried to login today into my app and I saw a picture of a smiling face with glasses, now it’s not going off on the screen I have restart my phone several times still there not letting me login into the app.

Please I need the app working it’s matter of urgency.
