Optional “available balance”?
Our previous app had an option to “hide” our available balance, so that we could only see what our spendable balance was. For example, I have $2000 in my account, but only want to spend $1k, that was what my available balance would show. This was very helpful, as I often would use it to keep an allotted amount of money in my checking account, and would only spend within my spendable balance. Could this be an implementation you guys work on?

Deposit
Instructions are not clear for commercial deposits. Additionally, it has taken a long time to let customers know that they have to get new approval for mobile deposits.

Why do we have to tap to capture and no auto capture?
Stay where you are.
Don't waste your time. They switched card providers and have been trash since. Allowing payments even when your card is off and declining payments when you have money available. They don't even respond in their chat. I'm still waiting on a response from Thursday.

Canceling acct
This new transition was the worst. I will be closing my accts and opening new ones somewhere else not that they care. Advise…save yourself some time and energy with this people.
Sucks.
The app used to be easy to understand and had useful features. The updated version does not.
Transaction logs
What’s happening in this is the same as the other app. The transactions are all over the place. The transaction I made a week ago is now showing as one I made last week. I can’t even tell what things I’ve spent on because it’s all over the place and transactions are just overly scattered. Please fix these logs and order them accordingly because it’s the same problem as the past application.

The change
Before the change I was able to put in what not to spend. Not a very good change on the new app
Can’t log in
👎🏻 I called GNTY bank customer support about a new app that I can’t log in to, even though it says it can’t find my account information. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, and they still haven’t solved it. I still can’t log in to the website or the new app. The bank hasn’t called me back after they told me they would call me back to figure out this problem. I don't like this new app.
