Won’t load my current balance most of the time and would show the balance from several days ago

IOS

All of a sudden, after you change the bank over all of my problems started I have never caught up from my bank ATM cards being replaced with some other numbers for that week. It was dead. I’ve never caught up. I’m totally stressed. Nobody ever paid for my overdraft fees, and I had a lot of of them. Now forward a few months I can’t even get into my app. I have an iOS iPhone all of a sudden I can’t even get into my app. This is ridiculous. I need like to be refunded all of my overdraft fees from the initial week half of the change.
