Worst banking app I’ve ever used
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. They really need to spend some time making it better. Not user friendly at all. If I would have seen this app before opening my account up I would have went somewhere else. Please fix this app!
Great App
Good app for my banking needs.
No features not even worth my time
This app has zero to no features it’s constantly crashing or needs updates or is constantly logging you out and telling you to redo your Face ID login you can’t even reset the password on the weekends. You have to wait for Monday morning to come around to call the bank to unlock your account even look at your balance. There are lots of other banks out there to have a lot better apps than this. It’s just crummy that I’m forced to use this app.

Honestly the worst app I have ever used.
If you do not use this bank, do not start! These app issues are enough to make me want to switch all my accounts. I have never had so many issue with an app (even a financial app). It has been years and the app is still a huge disappointment

Anytime I have to make a new password it says it doesn’t work and I have to call in a change it that way

Whenever I try to log in it says incorrect password.
New app is not great
They may have released the new app too soon. It’s not intuitive, the main account screen is buggy and reorders accounts for no reason, account balances don’t show correctly, there’s a weird ghost menu that doesn’t have anything in it. Overall it has not been an improvement. The old app was better.

Poorly designed with many flaws
This app offers a “remember me” option for saving your login password but it does not work for ios. My password is never saved. So I setup facial recognition login but if that fails once (for example, i was wearing sunglasses so my face was not recognized) then the app completely disables the facial login feature without letting you attempt again, so you have to re-enable it, re-enter pswd, redo security questions, etc which is very inconvenient. On top of that, this app has limited functionality for banking features. This app and their website both have pretty bad UX and limited functionality. I like the bank but their user software needs a lot of improvement.

This app is terrible.
This app is a nightmare. I am on the verge of taking my business elsewhere. It crashes, malfunctions, posts payments twice (and then it’s on the customer to fix it), and locks you out for no reason. This is absurd Guaranty. You need to fix this.
Won’t make a icon
I’ve tried numerous times to get a icon for the phone just to click on like numerous other sites but this one will not. I have to go into the App Store and click open from there to get into my info
Stopped Working
The bank did an update and now my app does not work. I even deleted the app and reloaded as they suggested. Still does not work. It really deserves a 0 star!
This app needs work
The banking app is really frustrating. Half the time it doesn’t even work. Then if you call the bank to have them transfer money from one account to another - they charge you a fee for doing so. If your app worked in the first place, I wouldn’t be calling for you to do something I am capable of doing myself.

Face ID never works!
Endorsement issue
Keeps telling me there’s an error on my endorsement AND THERE’S NOT!!! Super annoying! I’ve tried resetting & submitting, closing the app & starting over & nothing is working. I’m kinda tired of this issue every week. My handwriting is legible too sooooo Please fix this.

Works 0% of the time, every time.
Frustrating!
Every time there is a software upgrade I lose capabilities. Face ID worked for a few days then stopped. I deleted the app then added it back and it still won’t work. It’s so frustrating!
Face ID stopped working
Face ID worked great for a week and now it stopped and I have to type in the password every time even though I’ve enabled it multiple times. Nothing major, just annoying.

Touch ID issue
The Touch ID option does not work. The app makes you “enable” the Touch ID every time but never remembers it, making it useless. I believe this is a bug that’s needs to be fixed.
