The team sent me a workaround to finally access my funds. It took a month and some stress, but I was able to move it to a secure wallet. Always transfer a small amount to an unproven app and mess around with it before you move a larger amount. Lesson learned. Original Review: Transferred several hundred dollars worth of ADA to this wallet. Great. Try to move it to another wallet or convert to another crypto? Nope. Just error messages. Reached out to their “tech support” multiple times in an attempt to recover my funds. They are like “please attempt on another device”. That’s all they can offer as a resolution. It’s been a month and I still can’t get my funds. Don’t download this app unless you want to get scammed. Stick with Trust Wallet and other proven and actually supported apps.
