Worst dental app I have ever used

Firstly just got the right credentials took a ton of effort. I remember I called at 3 times just to get the correct login info.

Secondly, the app crushes every time I entered otp, install and download many time still have this issue.

Thirdly, the app won’t remember my fav doc I saved on my pc account. I mean how can that happen??

Been thinking just to quit your plan just because of how hard it is to use your app.

Functions don’t work

Trying to use the chat feature and nothing ever comes up after making you login multiple times. App is confusing and unclear on where to submit claims at. It was so much easier with Optum.
