Cannot ever get logged in
Worst dental app I have ever used
Firstly just got the right credentials took a ton of effort. I remember I called at 3 times just to get the correct login info.
Secondly, the app crushes every time I entered otp, install and download many time still have this issue.
Thirdly, the app won’t remember my fav doc I saved on my pc account. I mean how can that happen??
Been thinking just to quit your plan just because of how hard it is to use your app.

Functions don’t work
Trying to use the chat feature and nothing ever comes up after making you login multiple times. App is confusing and unclear on where to submit claims at. It was so much easier with Optum.

Information Disappears
Well, the app is here to be convenient. My information seems to disappear regularly. I am finding that when I try to look up my information like insurance cards or even information for co-pays. I can’t seem to find it when I need it and it happens randomly as well, I am not sure what it has to do with, but it sure doesn’t help when I need to get my kids glasses

The app and website are made specifically to work for certain policies, not all, you’ll get more help by calling their number, this company purposely hold back information
Nothing shows up
I have dental and vision through Guardian. Nothing else. When I open the app I can see blurry areas where info should be, but nothing else. I can click on some tabs. Most of them show nothing. The app is essentially useless for me.
App not loading properly.
I have downloaded the all twice. It shows the categories to click but it’s all blank or blurred out.

i’m giving you a two star because on this app there is no way to add a automatic deposit for the checks. I have to use a computer. You need to update your system so people can use their phones to do this

Login and MFA works great but content of app is blank. App is useless.
Benefits
App is easy to setup and the user interface is easy to navigate. Very happy with it.
Why can’t I search for a dentist?
Most people aren’t going to the dentist for the first time. I have to search for my town and scroll to find if my dentist is in network instead of being able to just search the name. What a waste of time.
Want the old app back
The prior app was much better.. this new one they made us switch over to isn’t helpful at all. My accounts don’t show up on the main page, how am I supposed to monitor the balance then?

Poor MFA instructions for mobile
I couldn’t set up MFA on my phone. The first option was for Google Authenticator but when you can’t scan the QR code that is on your phone, with the same phone, you’re asked for an Okta Key? Make up your mind.

Every time I login, there is an issue with the password.
My password authenticator will give me a new password to use and then when I go to sign back in, it doesn’t switch over to my password authenticator to automatically submit it. So I must copy it quick to put it on the sign in.
Please make it easier to sign in so we don’t have to make a new password every time. It would be nice if our password memory bank can be used on sign in. Thank you.
