Useless app
First time using the app and its the worst I tried. Said that there is a new user coupon but not available. When I try to place the order, it keeps giving me error so I ended up using the site. It’s freaking slow! Everytime u click, it hang. Installing it was so useless lol.
Not useful for online purchase
unable to add a mailing address. The system does not respond when I attempt to do so, and no error message or indication is provided to explain what the issue is.
I registered using my Apple ID, and the email address appears to be automatically assigned by the app. I am unable to edit or change this email address.
Additionally, it seems that any updates or changes require manual written requests, which is inconvenient. I have already reached out to your team for assistance but have not received any response so far. I can’t do at online purchase now to grab my sales item 😳😳😳

Useless, slow
What is the point of developing an app without proper support on all devices. Have gone through multiple updates yet simple product search causes the app to hang or crash. Stop wasting money developing an app if you are not gonna do it properly
App Registration & Login Issue
I wanted to register since 2025, but the app has been lagging until today. I managed to register using the website and it worked fine. However, when I try to log in through the app, it’s still lagging.
Phone number bug still there
The developer must have coded this app using AI because this phone number bug has been there ever since the app was released. You cannot save any edit for your profile because it keeps saying that “The Phone Number field must not exceed 15 characters in length”. And no matter what you do, the error appears. It just shows how lazy the developer is.

Delivery is SUPER SLOW!!!!!!!
Expect to receive your orders late. If planning to buy you need to also consider heavily on the delivery time as well.
Not a great app to use
Guardian is great but their app isn’t so. Keeps hanging and I keep getting pop-up “Oops - Something went wrong!. Please refresh the app”. And this keeps going on and on. In the end I can’t even use the app. Last option is to uninstall the app.
Terrible unstable App
Your app is terrible, unstable and wasting a lot of my time. App developer or owner should have tried before launch. Register half way log me out after all my email being registered but not able to login.
Multiple issues with the App
I have been facing multiple issues with the app: (1) log me out multiple times and couldn’t re-login as it will prompt a message stating ‘internal server error, try again’. This issue appears on and off; (2) couldn’t view my past orders etc. I really hope someone is looking into this app if you are serious in this business. Disappointed customer.

Not functional at all
The search box is not even reachable?! Absurd that a brand like guardian can allow this app to go live.
Apps Not Functioning Properly
The Guardian app is very unfriendly for customers. I have communicated with the technical team several times about the app not functioning properly. They asked me to update my profile, but the app doesn’t work at all — it only shows a blank page every time I log in. Until now, none of the issues have been resolved. I also cannot view my points. I hope Guardian will take this matter seriously and fix the app as soon as possible.

Change login option with email
Last time login guna fb . Then xboleh tukar first and last name . So Delete acc . And register semula guna emel. Lepas tu okay suda
THE APP IS A JOKE!!
Too many bugs when trying to update the profile after creating an account. Suddenly went black. Tried closing the app and retry but same thing happened over and over again. Stupid app. Want us to become a member but the app itself is a joke!
Login issue
When I registered my account I used my phone number, all of sudden the app logged me out and I can’t log in again because they only provide email and password section.. how to log in again if I never registered with email? It’s really frustrating and until now I can’t log in..

Cannot register to create an account. Screen goes blank and hang at gender selection. Based on reviews, seems like a lot of users have the same issue. How come developer of app not taking any action?

Can’t update my phone number
I can’t update my phone number. It said cannot exceed 15 characters even my phone number is only 9 numbers
Useless app
Login screen hangs after entering details. Date of birth incorrect but couldn’t change. Contacted customer service and went through a lot of back and forth with them sending me authorisation forms but DOB still not updated. App and programme not at all user-friendly.
Now can activate account (previously could not)
Finally now can activate the account. Tried again after a few days. This apps is easy to use and as a Guardian shopper, it helps me a lot!
