Hello! I’m unable to connect to Guardian Tales on iPhone.
I have just installed the game and get Error 2001 after the initial loading screen. I’m using the latest version from the US App Store.
I have already tried:
* Wi-Fi and mobile data
* Different Wi-Fi networks
* VPN with US and European servers
* Restarting the game and iPhone
The error still occurs every time.
Could you please check if there is currently an issue affecting new iOS players connecting from Russia?
