Worst app
I agree with all these poor reviews. Surely Guardians needs to invest in a better system for remote deposits if you want our money. I can never make this work due to the “poor picture quality” upon taking the front image which automatically loads into the back image field. The app then logs out, frustrating beyond words! Does this repeatedly. I will deposit my money elsewhere.

I know Guardians can do better than this!
I love Guardians Credit Union, but hate this app. Very unreliable. It keeps kicking me out when I try to make a deposit. Also, while you’re at it, please increase the daily deposit limit so I don’t have to make a special trip into branch. Thank you!!!!
Terrible app
Keeps crashing and doesn’t take a decent picture. Then logs me out. Useless

I’ve never used an app this bad. It never captures a good picture and makes me take pictures over and over because bad picture quality but won’t let me take the picture or focus it right.
Now in the past 2 months can’t even do that (spend 30 min to get an ok picture and deposit 1 check). Now it just crashes and logs me out. Haven’t deposited a check in months.

App is no good
This app needs work, wouldn’t let you deposit a check. why are they 2 apps for guardians credit union. This feature should be Inc. With the banking app. 0 stars

Need Improvement
I left the bank that I was at for 13 years because they no longer provided me with mobile deposit. I was told that my phone would work with remote deposit at Guardians so I opened a business checking account. I had to wait 30 days before I could use remote deposit. After the 30 days I signed in selected deposit in checking, added amount, and selected take picture. My nightmare had started, the auto focus never worked, just flashed from red to yellow, sometime to a clear check and back to flashing again. So I opened the business account, purchased checks and a stamp and now no remote deposit. I also tried my tab3, app would quit when I selected take picture. Looks like Samsung devices are not compatible with the remote deposit app.Thank you Guardians Credit Union for wasting my time and money and failing to fulfill my expectations.
