What a waste of time
Ridiculously hard to find your account, basket etc. hard to choose a category to look through. Every time I clicked on something I had to confirm cookies. Every time. And once I had looked at something and went back- I returned to the main menu and had to start from scratch. I gave up.
Thoughts
It would be great to see Gucci apparel enhancing what the digital personas look like on Vision Pro. I also wish there was a way that we could digitally try on Gucci fashion. Or if there’s a way to remake our space in a Gucci style, that would be most welcome. I am not yet a customer of Gucci, but I would love to see what I would look like dressed in your fashion.

They got rid of Gucci Gift Run and a game that I purchased. Please don’t purchase games from this app. Although I love Gucci, it’d be better not to download it. If you just want to stay updated with Gucci, you should download the app.
Hard to navigate
This app is trying way too hard to be high tech and not as hard to be e-commerce. Very hard to navigate product searches. I’m not interested.
GG Marmont wide belt with shiny buckle
I bought this belt from Gucci and it came beautifully embroidered with my initials the next day. I am impressed with this company and the employees in which I spoke with were very helpful in facilitating my order. Thank you Gucci for making my day.
What other companies should be doing
Just like their products, this app is sheer beauty. Gucci is really setting an example of what spatial apps have potential for, and they do provide fresh content. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This apps the least efficient thing on my device! Why would. The app take me straight to the internet? What’s the point of having the app if I still have too browse these cookies on the internet! Look into it.

Please bring back the immersive video with Sabato De Sarno. I get he’s not with you all anymore but that was the most creative and most impressive thing I’ve ever seen. No one has created an experience as impressive as that video on Apple Vision Pro. It was demo material. I know a lot of work was put into making that and it’s a shame it’s no longer available. I would pay to be able to see it again. It was the video I showed my friends to demo the potential of Apple Vision Pro. Please bring it back as an archived or paid feature.

The Best Application Ever
Always use this app to order online. I ordered a product on some Saturday, and they said it would arrive on the next Wednesday. But it arrived on Monday! Two days before Wednesday. Always trust Gucci. Please order from them.
Horrible service!
By far THE worst online shopping experience of my life. Not only did it take several attempts to actually place the order due to trying to use a separate shipping address (it was a gift) but after FINALLY getting the order submitted I was lied to for over a week on when it would ship! Five days before Christmas I am now giftless for my wife and the ONLY Gucci store close by does not have the item in stock. Thanks Gucci for ruining my and my wifes Christmas. This was literally the ONLY thing she asked for!
