I love guess but I don’t like how it only take credit cards .. that’s not fair for people who don’t have one even students , teens , etc who wants to go shopping 🙄 we gonna pay you what’s the problem??

It is a fake app, i didn’t receive my parcel and i lost around 200 dollars. They are not responding and am not able to track my parcel as well. It is fake don’t try.

I ordered from guess , I didn't received my order and they are fooling you on call. Agents try to make you fool on call and they are not giving any solution every time they just we will call you back after 24-48 hours and nobody call you they are very rude on call. Please never order from guess. It is the fake company. They don't have value of their customers.

Weird IP locking issue
This app locking my iPhone IP so i can not access my homekit cameras when on different network with my homekit devices. After I deleted this app, i can see my cameras again on the home app. Some shady IP tracking or alternating on customer’s devices for advertising purposes? Who knows. My privacy is worth more than shopping on this app.

I can’t add any items to my cart at all. I didn’t have this issue before the last upgrade

Unable to use app to make purchases. At the end of the transaction… a pop up states there is an error. Waste of time to download. Just use the guess website or walk into the store.

It frustrates me that I save the items in the Wishlist and the application does not save any, although I have saved items, the Wishlist is always empty.
Purchase points to earn Rewards always take a month to appear.
I would like the items we buy not to disappear from the shopping list even if they are out of stock, sometimes I go to the shopping list to find out what size or color or type of material I bought and since the item is out of stock I can't see those details that I would like to keep looking at for future reference.

App is constantly telling me it can’t load categories
Availed the 15% off first purchase using this app but then my order was cancelled.
This app is terrible. It didn't send me notification when my orders was cancelled. And I don't know why my order was cancelled.
Loyalty card & account issues
Why can’t guess at a wallet feature for the loyalty card? Most of the time the guess barcode doesn’t work! And when I try to sign into my guess account on a pc it shows I’m not a loyalty member! Get this fixed!
Not worth it
Disappointed about many things. Offers do not work at all. Sign up for text alerts, 15% off first app Purchase all this is just to make you get involve but in return the codes are not applied. I used to like Guess but when it comes to the app ..
Online store Blows!!
To piggyback off another customer, they do allow you to think you’re purchasing items, charge you then email that “it’s no longer available.” This has happened to me one time, too many & I will not shop here again!

This app is costing them a lot of money. It freezes so often. It’s not user friendly and I often just leave when I’m trying to shop. They need a new app developer!
I like Guess BUT!!!
I like Guess product But the Jeans are way too freaking long for me.. wanted to buy some jeans but i cant coz the inseam is way too long.. you guys shouldve make some 26-27 INSEAM jeans for short petite people.
