Can’t buy anything
I haven’t been able to purchase anything from 6PM for over a year now. I will add stuff to my cart, go through the purchase screens, and a day later it’s just canceled. No mention of why, no mention of anything. Just canceled. I’ve reached out to their email about this with a screenshot of all the canceled items. Hopefully they’ll be able to fix whatever is wrong and I can change this back to a 4 star.

Login Error
I’ve been getting server errors and login timeouts for a week straight. Whatever you changed or added in the recent update completely broke the system. Please roll it back or fix it so users can log in normally.
Can’t log into app
The app login keeps timing out with a server error message all week. Please fix whatever unnecessary AI nonsense you added to the app so customers can login.
Bad comunication
It's very difficult to contact customer service, as I've sent three emails and never received a response. The app only tells me to contact the Loyalty team, but the app doesn't allow me to do so. I've been waiting for my refund since March and haven't received it.

I love this site. If you can find your size and style you’re looking for, the clearance is full of fantastic buys on the best brands. My go to place for shoes! BUT… jump on them… they go fast.
