Login Error
I’ve been getting server errors and login timeouts for a week straight. Whatever you changed or added in the recent update completely broke the system. Please roll it back or fix it so users can log in normally.
Can’t log into app
The app login keeps timing out with a server error message all week. Please fix whatever unnecessary AI nonsense you added to the app so customers can login.
Bad comunication
It's very difficult to contact customer service, as I've sent three emails and never received a response. The app only tells me to contact the Loyalty team, but the app doesn't allow me to do so. I've been waiting for my refund since March and haven't received it.

I love this site. If you can find your size and style you’re looking for, the clearance is full of fantastic buys on the best brands. My go to place for shoes! BUT… jump on them… they go fast.

I’ve been buying boots/shoes from 6pm for 11yrs+. They usually have my size on clearance and I’ve managed to purchase items for less than 50%. In this market I’m happy that I can still find bargains. Easy return and great quality

Sort Change = bad
One of the things I liked about this website the most was you could sort by discount percent but they have changed that now. It takes forever now.

After a horrid experience with 6pm, I boycotted the site for more than a few years. Seeing what (if anything) has changed & hoping for a better experience.

I open the app, select “clothing” and… nothing; its spinner is going around but it does nothing more. This has been going on for a couple of days on my end. They haven’t updated the app for two years, according to the App Store. Makes me wonder if they’re calling it quits
Slow
I got this app after not shopping on 6pm.com for many years, hoping to look around. The app was so slow and nothing loaded. I tried for about 10 minutes, complete waste of time. Disappointed.
App still worthless— fake filtering categories
1/2/2025 update: App departments do not load. I would assume that department filtering is fake or they don’t want you shopping by department. On the other hand, the department “shop by brand“ works.
The app support link lead you to a Twitter account that has been “suspended.” This app should be suspended, too.
This app used to be awesome—allowing the consumer to find needs using filters and selections. For the 3 years, it’s been a failure. I just downloaded it again and looks like I will delete it again.

Not sure I trust my payment info on this app
Absolutely no guarantees that my cc info is safe? I signed in with my Amazon account, why did I need to add my again?

No return comfortability and app is not that optimized to use
They are price gouging
They will tell you a lie about the item not been in stock they when you cancel they item by some miracle are back in stock and at a much higher price they use to be a good company but now are getting greedy
