Shipping / Delivery time is misleading
I ordered a pair of bling Adidas shoes.. I paid for expediting shipping and delivery, but just like everybody else , I definitely did not get my shoes by expected delivery date.. I didn’t receive any updates or comforting information from that seller , except for ‘ shipping is delayed, your case is closed’ ..
I waited for roughly a month , before the shoes magically arrived at my front door.. which shocked me and I felt like it was Christmas! I really thought I got scammed.. but I purchased from Shop, so I figured they would be wise enough & structured well enough to weed out any fraudulent companies.. but I can say, I have purchased Coach items from this website, and have had positive experiences with SHOP TRACKING the shipping & delivery of my purchases .. I receive them within two weeks.. which is still passed the expected delivery date, but I am just familiar with the two week delivery timeframe.. all of the coach items that I have purchased through Coach or Coach outlet companies have arrived in perfect condition. I can say that my Adidas shoes that took a month to get to me, also arrived in great condition.. so I would definitely read up on the company that you are purchasing from and be prepared for an extended shipping and delivery time.. I have not had any bad experiences as far as the item I purchased, arriving damaged , or Incorrect.

RUN AWAY! Nightmare purchase
I ordered a pair of $350 sunglasses via ShopSimon not realizing the actual seller was overseas. I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been a month since the order was supposed to arrive. I have contacted ShopSimon support many times and every time all they say is wait a little longer and we’ve closed your case. Maybe it’s just a bot. I still have not received my order and ShopSimon has done nothing let alone honored my request for a refund, even though tracking shows that my order was never delivered. I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal but that takes a few weeks.

HUGE website design fail.
Whomever designed the new look of the app needs to be fired because it’s literally impossible to search for a brand like before. The results are all over the place, you can’t filter and sort and looking at an item takes you away from your original search results unless you’re super careful to only press the back button. Huge huge fail.

I downloaded the app, signed in, and now the home tab and my profile tab (and occasionally others) just say “sorry, something went wrong” and when I reload the page nothing happens. It’s literally useless.
