Shipping / Delivery time is misleading
I ordered a pair of bling Adidas shoes.. I paid for expediting shipping and delivery, but just like everybody else , I definitely did not get my shoes by expected delivery date.. I didn’t receive any updates or comforting information from that seller , except for ‘ shipping is delayed, your case is closed’ ..
I waited for roughly a month , before the shoes magically arrived at my front door.. which shocked me and I felt like it was Christmas! I really thought I got scammed.. but I purchased from Shop, so I figured they would be wise enough & structured well enough to weed out any fraudulent companies.. but I can say, I have purchased Coach items from this website, and have had positive experiences with SHOP TRACKING the shipping & delivery of my purchases .. I receive them within two weeks.. which is still passed the expected delivery date, but I am just familiar with the two week delivery timeframe.. all of the coach items that I have purchased through Coach or Coach outlet companies have arrived in perfect condition. I can say that my Adidas shoes that took a month to get to me, also arrived in great condition.. so I would definitely read up on the company that you are purchasing from and be prepared for an extended shipping and delivery time.. I have not had any bad experiences as far as the item I purchased, arriving damaged , or Incorrect.

RUN AWAY! Nightmare purchase
I ordered a pair of $350 sunglasses via ShopSimon not realizing the actual seller was overseas. I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been a month since the order was supposed to arrive. I have contacted ShopSimon support many times and every time all they say is wait a little longer and we’ve closed your case. Maybe it’s just a bot. I still have not received my order and ShopSimon has done nothing let alone honored my request for a refund, even though tracking shows that my order was never delivered. I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal but that takes a few weeks.

HUGE website design fail.
Whomever designed the new look of the app needs to be fired because it’s literally impossible to search for a brand like before. The results are all over the place, you can’t filter and sort and looking at an item takes you away from your original search results unless you’re super careful to only press the back button. Huge huge fail.

I downloaded the app, signed in, and now the home tab and my profile tab (and occasionally others) just say “sorry, something went wrong” and when I reload the page nothing happens. It’s literally useless.

A lot of discounts
Well since I know there’s is app who have a lot of discount on big big brand like Gucci,balenciaga,miu-miu,ADIDAS (my favs) and bunch of famous designer!
Personally before I go to the main webs like adidas or Gucci I prefer to check with shopsimon firsts since if there’s a discount there’s a discount (either same discount like they have it in the main brand websites or mostly more discount at shopsimon plus shipping free without price limit!!

Very bad
The seller was careless, the website had an error when posting but still allowed purchases but then reported that the shopping page had an error so the order was canceled.
horrible way of handling missing items
i ordered a pair of timberland boots on december 2nd 2024 for $78. they never showed up. when i emailed them about it. they tried to pawn it off on Seel instead of actually checking to see if it got put in the mail. after contacting seel they confirmed they never received items to ship. when i send screenshots of that to Mona in customer service. i receieved a reply from her letting me know my order has been “settled” and i’ll be reimbursed $24.46. idk how they get to settle on a third of the price i spent on the boots. but this is insane
oh and it’s january 7th. this has been a nightmare.
this is all after ive spent over $928 in les than 2 months using this site.
i’ve seen crackheads who steal from the store with more integrity.
i’ll never use this site again. i’d advise you to do the same.

I bought 2 times “gold” jewelry articles but I revived fake and damage articles. I just didn't get what I paid for, for me its false advertising.
Returns Process Is The Worst In The World
I have been trying to make a return through this thing for over a month messaging their customer service daily. Yeah this review is real.
Poor shopping experience
I ordered an item on this app, which was listed as in stock. I contacted customer support to confirm that it was in stock and they said yes then the item never shipped after a couple weeks. I finally got a refund, but I never got my item. what a waste of time.
