Worst experience, i just checked my door after delivery confirmation mail, there was nothing, when i call them they didn’t listen anything, just keep saying your order is delivered in our system we can do anything, they neither resend the package nor refund my money ,wasted my $200, never shopping again from this app.

Worse app and I’m once again uninstalling since whenever I view an item, I cannot go back! There is not ‘go back’ option so you’re stuck on main menu.

Bad App
The layout of this app is terrible. It's so bad I you can't even shop on it. As you browse through clothes there is no back button. You have to exit the app entirely to view other items. It's horrible!!!

Outdated app you can’t click or select to go back and have to start your search all over very frustrating so I gave up didn’t buy anything

Lost package
I didn’t receive a package, and instead of them sending a replacement, I have to order it again, then call back and have a refund on the first purchase , why is there so many steps

This app never seems to be works . Always has the circle likes it’s loading . Tried deleting and reinstalling same issues . Will delete
Terrible customer service please go somewhere else
i ordered online and they lost my order and after they say i have to pay again for order and not able to return any items if i don't like or anything else. There is not my fault that you lost my order and provide no resolution but only asking twice payment.
Do not work anymore
Just updated this and the factory app and the both can’t load categories. I think guess has given up on these apps DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Who ever created this app needs to fix every aspect, always loading glitching or entirely kicking me out the app after countless updates that doesn’t change a thing. Guess I love, the app I hate.

Wish list never saves
Every time I save items in my wish list on the mobile app, the items are removed each time when I open the app again. And the wish list says it’s empty.
Needs updating…
Definitely this app needs to be updated, I’m kinda surprised that Guess has not looked into this?..very odd I love the cloths but disappointing that it won’t save my wish lists or size I chose, I can’t even edit or update my own account info from the app. Even my credit card info is never saved I always have to enter it. So frustrating, shopping is supposed to be relaxing.
