I have never rated an app. However, this is so bad, I had to! No way to login with Google - null exception. Login with phone number - never get the text from them. If you do get logged in with Apple - the only way to find your booking is to scan a QR code. My facility did not provide a QR code. Deleting and moving on.

No QR code
Only way to find your booking is to scan a QR code, can’t type in a booking number or confirm details or any other alternative.
Booking confirmation told me to download app and scan QR code but then didn’t include a QR code. Even if it had of it’s a bit impractical given you can’t scan something unless you’ve got a printed version. Not very helpful for those who do everything digitally from their phone.

Doesn’t work
Goes in a loop does not work
Appalling.
Not sure how apple can allow apps that clearly don’t function. I hope NewBook’s clients and prospects bother reading these reviews. I wouldn’t be doing business with them.
Can’t log in
Don’t get this app. It does not work. Says text was sent but never received the message. No option to try again.
App does not work, just collects your info.
Once this app collects your information, no link is sent and you cannot look up your reservation. There is no help function.

App not functioning…unable to login
Only received error messages when trying to login using any of the methods offered. Odd that it doesn’t have the option to login using email or username… just phone number, Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts… and none of them work.

What a terrible app! No way to get help with this. Try to view my campground reservation. There are much better campground reservations apps out there!
Can’t Login
Never received the text message, but Developer didn’t include a function to allow the message to be re-sent. Simple function missing that would actually allow users to get into the app. Oh, Google login fails with an error message. Just delete it and move on.

Wont scan QR
Wish I could give it 0 stars, the app brings up an error every time I scan the QR code, deeming it completely useless. Also, should allow a booking number/code insert as well. Had to login on computer just to scan the QR code, when I originally opened the code on my phone.
Waste of Time
I agree with many others. This app is a waste of time and sends you on a continuous loop of following a link that doesn’t work.
