Great Product and Customer Service!
We have been using these tours since 2018 for many trips to our national parks and have found them to be an indispensable part of our vacations! The app couldn’t be easier to use, and the narrator is like an old friend to my kids. We are on a return visit to Yellowstone this year, but the tour I purchased all those years ago wasn’t showing up in my account. GuideAlong customer service helped me get it back, so we get to relive all the fun from the first time around! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Audio Guide for US Nat Parks
My family loves GuideAlong! We’ve used this audio tour for a few US National Parks and each time it has revealed places we would have driven by otherwise and given us a deeper understanding and appreciation of the park. My kids (ages 4-12) even find it interesting. The guide is easy to use connecting thru Bluetooth. It gives clear directions for driving as well as history and behind the scenes info.
We recently remarked we won’t do another park trip without GuideAlong because we love it that much!

This is my 4th tour with this app and it has become a staple for my traveling! Excellent info and I really understand what I’m seeing. The travel tips are especially helpful.
Canadian Rockies Tour
We just did the tour in the Canadian Rockies for Yoho, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. I think we covered all the routes and enjoyed every minute of it. The guide took us to places we would not have seen without it.
Any place we go we look to see if Guide Along has an app for it.

Maui Hawaii tour
Lahaina Maui burned to the ground in 2023. A thoughtful update of that tour section should be updated. Local residents need to be respected and tourists will be disappointed with the guide as it is now. Please help.
Thank you, I did need to do a tour update and found it had been corrected when driving it. But, in the “Map & Highlights” button the Lahaina specific arrows seem to still indicate old information. Please check those.

The Big Island tour was fantastic, new information each way with well researched cultural, historic & local information.

Seward tour was really interesting & really helpful for the Kenai Fjords area. No new information going back on Seward Highway to Anchorage.

Sterling Highway was not as stellar as other tours & not the same amount of content for the money. No new information heading back to Anchorage from Homer.

Great App
We used Guide Along for Glacier, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton. It took the guest work out of where to stop and what to see and provided lots of cool information! I highly recommend it.

We love the Guide along tours. The commentary on these tours fill in all of the details that could have been missed by just driving through on your own. It’s amazing and entertaining to have the commentator along with you on these scenic drives. Well worth the money.
Great tours, terrible purchase process
Was introduced to the app while with a friend, and was so good I wanted some tours for myself. It took me over an hour to make the purchase and the app still won’t download the content.
Update: used the customer service chat and after a very long time working with them, I was able to successfully download. The issue was NOT my internet connection which was a strong wifi connection. Props to the customer service team.

A New Staple for Our Family Trips
Wish we’d found it a year or two before we did. We’ve used it the last 3 years on our family vacation and love to have the information about the areas we’re visiting! Well done!
Love this app
We have used this app in Yellowstone/Grand Tetons and now in Hawaii. We love it because it has so many interesting facts about where you are driving and details on directions to get to destinations. We would have missed so many ‘smaller’ interesting stops without it.
Simply the BEST Travel App
We’ve using Guide Along for several years now. We’ve purchased modules for the US East Coast, West Coast, Kauai, and the Canadian Rockies. It’s literally like having a guide in your back seat. We’ve learned so much about the history if these places. They obviously put tremendous effort into research. Before we travel anywhere we check to see if there’s a Guide Along Module. It may be the most useful app on my phone.
