Guided Help: How-To Steps

Point your camera at the thing you need help with. Guided Help walks you through it, one clear step at a time. Something not working? Something new you're not sure how to use? A setting you can't find, or a job you'd rather not guess your way through? Take a picture and follow one plain instruction at a time, read aloud if you like, until you're all set. HOW IT WORKS Take a picture of what you need help with. Add a few words about what you'd like, or skip that. Then follow the steps, one per screen, with big text and big buttons. If a step doesn't work, tap "That didn't work" and get another way through. EVERY PATH ENDS SOMEWHERE GOOD Either you're all set, or you get a short script with exactly what to tell the person who can help. Never a dead end. MADE TO BE READABLE Large type that only scales up. Steps read aloud, if you turn that on. Two choices on every screen, never more. High contrast throughout, on iPhone and iPad.
