There when you need it
Guided has quickly become one of those apps I actually come back to. Being able to talk things through whenever something is on my mind is genuinely valuable (especially since it’s available 24/7).
Compared to what a single coaching or therapy session can cost, the app feels like a bargain. And because you can reflect daily, at any time, it feels like you can actually make more progress over time vs. waiting for weeks.
