About

Guinea Pig Chess is a face-to-face, two-player board game played on one phone. Sit across from each other, place the phone between you, and take turns moving your guinea pigs across the board. No online matchmaking. No accounts. Just strategy, timing, and shared reactions. HOW IT WORKS • Two players share one device and take turns • Each turn, move your guinea pig one cell • Collect hay, botanicals, and water • When you collect all three, your guinea pig leaves droppings on the board • Droppings score points and block future food spawns • You can overwrite your opponent’s droppings to claim territory The goal is simple: Control more of the board before food runs out. Food scarcity ends the game Food cannot spawn on dirty tiles. As droppings spread across the board, clean spaces disappear. When there is no valid place for food to spawn, the game ends immediately. Every move changes how long the game will last. SOCIAL PLAY MATTERS Guinea pigs are social animals. If the two guinea pigs don’t touch for too long, a shared lonely meter drains. When it’s empty, they refuse to eat or drink — forcing players to move closer, block each other, or reconnect. DESIGNED FOR REAL-WORLD PLAY • Play face-to-face on one phone • Clear turns with a short time limit • Cute, expressive characters with minimal animation • Easy to learn, hard to master • Matches designed for quick replay UNLOCKABLE CHARACTERS Earn points by playing or watching optional rewarded ads to unlock additional guinea pig characters. Progress is stored locally on your device. IMPORTANT NOTES • Guinea Pig Chess is not traditional chess • No online multiplayer • No accounts or sign-ups • No pay-to-win mechanics Whether you’re playing with a partner, a friend, or someone sitting across the table, Guinea Pig Chess turns a phone into a shared board game.
