Ur better off using a pc or web browser I tested safari/google app and desktop.. ull get very few results when searching for gear
Major search bugs
App usually works ok except major search flaw. When doing a search and the scrolling through results if you click on an item and then return to the search result item list, it automatically returns to the top of the list every time. This is very annoying and makes me not want to use the app
Great app but...
Its a little hard to navigate and some of the guitars on the app are a different price than in store even if its from the same store

seems like no one maintains the app. sweepstakes is over and still is advertised and lets you enter.. lol. well if the team is anything like every guitar center's employees that i have been to (in store) probably a bunch of lazy stuck up no information having morons working here...

For the last month the app on both iPhone and iPad are only showing Black Friday sales ads . Why ? I’m mean do you not want any sales ? I’ve deleted and reinstalled on both it doesn’t change anything. Running on newest iOS and iPadOS

app robbed me off 60 dollars due to it changing my shipping address despite me entering a different address
great app - much better than the website
it is a very good layout and very easy to use, has good organization and has many filters to help you find your next purchase. the review system is great because you can not only rate the item, but you can say how experienced you are and say what the instrument is useful for. 10/10, great job guys!

Shipping options are not good
I ordered a piece of gear hoping I could just go an pick it up and there was no where to specify a pickup. It just shipped and is making me wait for something that could’ve been picked up in 20 minutes. Instead I have to wait an entire week.
Functionally useless
One of the many reasons they’re being outpaced by Amazon, reverb, Facebook, etc.

The only reason that this isn’t a five is that certain features available on the website aren’t on the app for example the save for later Also something that bugs me is that the app icon is off center and white bits show.
Never buying from gc online again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Guitar Center claims orders take 3–5 business days to arrive — it’s been 7 days, and mine hasn’t even shipped. I paid $30 for shipping, and the order is still marked as “being created.” Compared to Amazon, where shipping is free and usually faster than expected — this experience has been incredibly disappointing. On top of that, tracking your order is a hassle. You have to type in your order number and email every time, and even then, it gives you little to no useful information. To make things worse, the same item in-store costs more, even used, and if it’s a used item, they make you wait 30 days before you can pick it up. If you need your gear on time or expect any level of customer experience, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I will never purchase from GC online, again.
I’m leaving a review here because there’s little recourse to leave one anywhere else. I’ve had two separate purchases now through this app online where the physical item I purchased was turned around and sold to someone else at the brick and mortar store where it was housed. Both instances they took my money and it wasn’t until I started asking for the item was there any acknowledgment of my purchase. Never anything from GC that resembles an apology, either. To the contrary, I had to contact their customer service three times today to cancel an order so I can try to get my money back. Money that should have automatically been refunded the second they sold the guitar I purchased to someone else. So, if you buy something from GC through this app… Don’t assume they’ll actually send you the product you purchased. I suggest downloading the Reverb app instead of Guitar Center.

What an incredibly poor user interface
Incredibly clunky interface. All filtering generates slide over menus. Even tapping a heart icon to add something to a wishlist generates a slide over that requires you to confirm you want to add to a wishlist. Then you have to dismiss the pop-up that confirms what you just did.
Great App
I’ve been shopping at The Guitar Center for decades and having this app makes it easier for me to keep track of the things I want to buy.
Can you hire real programmers please?
In the latest update, when you go to your saved searches, pick a search, then hit the back button, it brings you to the main screen, not your list of saved searches. As a programmer, I have to ask who does you programming and testing? Was this tested at all?
