App don’t work properly with apple car play

I am not able to start playing songs while driving through apple car play screen. I have to go to my phone jiosavan app and then play the song. This is annoying and I am thinking to switch to another provider.

Not compatible with Apple Carplay

This app doesn’t work with the apple carplay even after having a paid subscription. Songs won’t play at all.
