Unstable App

Upon creating an account the app sent an email to activate. Click to activate required to set a password and security questions. Upon completing all these and when clicked to submit, there isn’t any response from the servers and I am shown “Chat with Saqer!” when clicked on it, no response and returns null.

Unbelievable that an international airline had an app that just does not work!!!!

I booked a (business) ticket a MONTH ago and despite SIX calls and emails to their “customer service” I still do not have access to the app and no explanation as to why!! Makes me give pause about this airline. My first time flying Gulf Air and probably my last. I’m sticking to Etihad & Qatar in the future.

Log in not possible

I am not able to log in even that I have deleted the app and made a new download.
I have changed several times my password.
In the web I am able to log in in my account but not here in the app.
