I love GCFCU they are always so helpful, the workers there are amazing when my teenage daughter had questions about how to start credit they sat and talked with us for 2 hours without rushing and just gave us time to go over all our questions without a doubt best bank

App is in need of some serous updates. Every banking institution, except MGCCFCU, has the ability to upload checks. The app needs some splashes of color and should be more interactive with the user. We can’t even lock or unlock our debit cards. And there’s no Tap!! Fire the development team.

So I just recently had a situation with another bank trying to access my account and everytime they try to run it it’s a $30 fee(run it 3 times a month) wich puts my account in the negative, so in order to fix the problem I have to have $30 on top of paying those overdrafts and they’ve been doing this since June 2022. It’s like GCCFCU is in cahoots because why would you add fees on top of overdraft fee everytime I go yo the bank it’s fry and as if their trying to just get me out of there, did I mention my whole family banks with them but seeing that I’m only given basic info and learn something new everytime my account gets messed with their seriously thinking about leaving

Problem with debt card
I’m a cross country 18 wheeler driver and I’m in a different state every day and countless times I have been in a restaurant and my debt card was declined because they said it’s unfamiliar circumstances and I ask every single time to QUIT disabling my card and it happened again yesterday in Houston.

I don’t like how the app doesn’t show what’s pending coming into your account. That was a really good feature to have with the old version. Other than that though everything else is good.

No Mobile Deposit
I don’t live near a bank anymore and am unable to use mobile deposit because it’s not available on the app no matter how many times I update it. Please fix.

I prefer the old app. It was way better easier access etc. This app don’t even show you pending transactions like the old one.
Reason why not transfer in a min instead
UPDATE!!! New app is ok but I rather previous app because cross transfer faster than new app because it called pop money and it said takes 3 business days to transfer but what if needs to pay before 3 business day?? So not worth so we had to set up as venom app so that can be transfer faster unless you make it as cross transfer faster than 3 business days!!! I changed to RATE ONE STAR Because have to do go online for popmoney.com to set it up and transfer for accept receive or send so whoever going send me I have to go to popmoney to do that and this is ridiculous!!!!
