Videos don’t play !
The app is quite buggy. None of the embedded videos play ! No dark mode. So am uncomfortable using it in the night. Ads pop up even for paid version. So there is no point subscribing or evening using this app.

Looks like it become more commercial, there are many other ways to charge money other then subscription,I was always reading this news paper but now I felt like I'm not part of family anymore !! this is my personal view as asked for comments , 🙏
Gulf News Quality
Gulf News on the verge of downside, one of the best media publications for decades has deteriorated with quality of journalism and making paid subscription to digital news is a big NO from readers. There are better online news sites in UAE which are accessible without subscription.
Poor aap interfaces
Poor app design, user interface issues, no dark mode and needs substantial improvement on log in issues
Overcharged subscription charges
Deleting the app.. Hiked the subscription charges like crazy..
The only paper for Local new update
Good for news updates, but their epaper is a complete repetition and there is not enough material to read some Positive world International News, like other news paper.

App Doesn’t allow you to access content after subscription
I don’t think Gulf News has a great tech team looking at the performance and releases of the app. I have been a subscription holder since they launched the paid subscription. However for the past 1 month, even though my subscription is active, the app still doesn’t allow me to read the exclusive content.

Please add horizontal view
It is well designed, giving us insights and analysis of daily news all over the world. At present the apps gives facility vertically to read the news but it will add more stars if you would introduce horizontal view to read the news. Wish you all the best.
