Gullak is completely FRAUD
I would like to share you how Gullak works actually,
I have bought Silver at 256/- per 1 gram and when I decided to sell the current ongoing rate was around 261/- per 1 gram but Idk from where is Gullak deciding the price, they decide their own price while we sell and additionally 3% GST will be also deducted so basically I would sell it 247/- around 14/- difference from the current ongoing price. I’m totally disappointed seriously

Pathetic customer support
I am extremely disappointed with the customer support provided by your app. For a company dealing with investments and people’s hard-earned money, this level of support is unacceptable.
There is no proper call support, and customers are forced to rely only on chat support where responses are very delayed and feel robotic rather than genuinely helpful. Instead of resolving issues professionally, the support team often argues instead of providing solutions.
Trust is the most important thing in any investment platform, but this experience has completely broken my confidence in your company. Because of this poor service and lack of accountability, I have decided to stop using the app and will not make any future transactions on this platform.

It’s a great app
I am a very satisfied customer and a user of this application. It solves an important problem of daily savings which is not available in the conventional gold schemes.
My strong suggestion/feedback. Gullak can be more customisable. As of today even if I wanted to invest 1gm of silver daily no matter the gram rate there is no option. I think that is a great opportunity. Increasing the autopay limit for these and let the user buy any amount of grams he or she wants to buy as an SIP.
We have this option limited only to one time purchase. I think in SIP this makes a big difference.
Hope to see this update popping up soon. Always a pleasure to use this application 💰❤️

Good source to make simple gold investment, easy UI, lease feature is bonus point.
Gold delivery tracking
Unable to see my gold delivery tracking on gullak app. App should have the option to do that since these are large investments and we want to track where our money is
Very poor customer support
Customer support does not respond to emails at all and only call if you escalate the matter to the founders. God help you if your high value transaction is not refunded immediately if no gold has got purchased. They want to use your funds for 3 days.

Fraudsters who have no customer support
I had 115 grams of gold saved on their app. I wanted to buy jewellery at Tanishq suing the saved gold. I generated the voucher of Tanishq, the gold got deducted from my dashboard but I didn’t receive the voucher. Hence I contacted their customer support who said that it’s under manual review and no one is at office since it’s pre-Diwali. What the hell does it mean? I can’t spend my saved gold during festivals because someone at your office has decided to be on leave on that day?!! It’s already been 48 hours and it has ruined my Diwali shopping completely. Give me my gold back…I had already paid for it long ago and entrusted you with it’s security…you can’t refuse to give me back my own gold when I need, you stupid fraudsters…!! Don’t ever trust anything they write on their app. It’s very cumbersome to get your own gold back from their app and they have virtually no customer support. Only one person replying that they are “actively investigating the issue” which never seems to get solved. Stay Away..! I am also going to withdraw all my digital gold from this fraud app.

The way they cheat
While you purchase digital gold you have to give the actual price+GST@3% which is fine.
But while you sell gold the the price will be less.
The concept that gullak used is” buy @ low, sell @ high”
Which is also fine.
But when you order physical gold. In every gold pouch it is written + or - 0.05gm
And in every pouch the weight will be less than written one.
If you order 0.1 gm also there it is written + or - upto 0.05 which is + or - 50% . And in my case i order 0.1 gm and it was 0.08 gm only.
There will not be + 0.05 in any coin only - 0.05 will be there
Although the change is negligible. But when i pay for the actual price why i should get less than that.
Don’t be fool like me.

Disruption in Gold investment

Always GST bug issue
Either your developer don’t know how to fix the issue and knowingly you are getting it fix..some time you credit the GST back some time..it’s really hard to check for each and every day if I am getting full benefits or not..But I have to tell you one thing..your customer care does not have any answer apart from saying that the issue will be fixed and there is no definite timeline for it…Are you really serious about your business/app??I have to stop my sip to avoid any further loss for GST..

Weird experience
I tried to buy 0.5 gms of gold , the money went from my bank account and in some time bounced back into the account, I did not lose any money , neither did I get any gold .. my money just traveled through a portal and came back home 🤭
Selling your gold you lose almost 5% price
I’ve been using gullak for a while now and although I liked the whole experience my first time withdrawing experience was a disaster. So for all other users just some information before you start - When you buy you pay 3% GST and when you sell you don’t get the gold market price rate, you can only sell at almost 4% lower rate. Today’s gold rate on the gullak app is 7335 and when I sell I can only sell it at 7091 and the market price is actually more than 7500 😵 After this experience not very sure I’ll be using the app anymore. What you see on the fund value is not what you actually get when you withdraw.

Looking lucrative among most of the investments available in the market. Gave it’s a shot looking at the guidelines and working under the guidelines of RBI

Withdrawal
I had a daily SIP in gold which was going very smooth. I decided to withdraw the amount - during withdrawal I was shown that the selling price was higher than the average purchase price ie I got a profit but when I made withdrawal I received way lesser than invested. How is this practically possible - I have neither been given breakup nor been highlighted why this is the case.
Customer Support also failed to give any answer and doesn’t seem to even understand the question.

App has bugs
I am trying to get my PAN verified through the App but it does not opens up next screen. I don’t know when they will fix it.
Also there is no transaction history with complete details. I even gave a referral and got nothing neither did the person I referred even though she has also invested the spoken amount.

Worst customer support
Trying to call on the customer support number but no one is picking it up. Tried 5-7 times and have never seen such kind of poor customer service.
UX is so bad
The product is so complicated. Have spent 1 month trying to understand but still failed.
Lot of potential in the product but sad to say that the PMs have done a very bad job. I wish I can give you detailed feedback via phone call.

Very good returns
Started using gullak some time back to explore gold investments. Initially was using it as a last investment options since returns were similar to savings or ling term equity.
After gullak+ and current market conditions have started using it as a primary investment source.
Experience is really nice and investment process was seamless.
