Avoid If You Expect Customer Support
A payment-related issue led to charges being added to my account. I immediately contacted customer support and was informed that the matter would be reviewed. What followed was months of emails, escalations, and repeated follow-ups. Responses took weeks, sometimes months, and I was continuously redirected between teams.
While I was actively following up, additional charges kept getting added to the account. The disputed amount kept increasing, not because I ignored it, but because the issue remained unresolved for an extended period. Despite more than 20 emails, multiple calls, and escalations, I struggled to get clear answers.
The most disappointing part was receiving collection calls and payment reminders while my emails remained unanswered. Even after a reversal was eventually offered, further follow-ups were required just to get basic clarifications.
I have used credit cards for many years and have never experienced such poor communication, lack of ownership, and delayed resolution from a financial services provider.
The card itself may be good, but if you ever need customer support or dispute resolution, be prepared for a very frustrating experience. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
