A really good app with an excellent layout however, I keep getting service error which is frustrating. Hope they fix it soon.

I currently have the app as i like the store. And if the app actually worked flawlessly having the app would make everything more convenient. But the app continually freezes on my phone, so Im actually considering deleting it permanently! Gundam Place, if you read this, fix your app! I hate to delete it but I will if needed! No reason i should be having issues on a 2 year old IPhone with plenty of memory on my phone!

Love how easy is to purchase your kits and have the community in the same place

It looks cool overall, but when trying to shop for me, it just freezes.
Great store but…
The app crashes often and I have NEVER been able to complete an order on it, I have always just gone to the site and order.
If the bugs get fixed I tink this can be great, until then 1 star.

Bugged ATM
The app is great for when I want to browse, mostly. It’s been about 3 months or so but I can only look at Gundam kits through the app, if I’m looking for other kits I have to go to the site directly. I have to do the same if I want to purchase. Before this I had no complaints about the app.
Paying
I am unable to purchase anymore stuff in the app and being told that the entire payment process is unavailable.
Has great potential.
Gundam place has everything you are looking for and more! But the app won’t allow you to check.
Amazing but buggy
I love this app to where I can be able to purchase a few model kits but last time I tried to buy off this app it didn’t let me so I had to use the website to purchase my model kits and I tried to look at the “others” tabs it just shows no products exists
Fantastic Service
Wide range of product’s, competitive pricing, handling and conditions of product are phenomenal, the app comes in handy when tracking point system, tracking shipments is relatively easy but the extra charge for tracking is a bit steep but I imagine it’s because of third party shippers and their charges. All in all great place for hobby supplies.

App issues I think
Shows a product as in stock and when I try to buy it it saids it’s already out of stock and I tried with different kits and still say the same thing while being in stock.
