We would have had to go to urgent care for what we knew was pink eye. This was easy, take a picture and discuss the symptoms, get the treatment and get on with the day.

I would have had to drive 50 miles to the nearest Urgent Care Center to get antibiotics for a UTI if not for this service. I was fast and easy!
Super helpful
It was so easy and convenient to complete a virtual visit. Of course my daughter woke up on a Saturday morning with pink eye and the clinic is closed. If it wasn’t for the virtual visit I would have had to take her to walk in and it’s not even open yet. The doctor was super nice and efficient. I would highly recommend him!

Very Friendly Providers
The visit was fast, straight to the point. However, the wait is extremely long even though.
No Rx Sent
Talked to provider, was told an RX would be sent, the visit note even says it would be sent to the pharmacy, it never was. Tried to call the help line and was on hold for more then an hour.

Glitches
Tried to use this today and it was plagued with issues. I’d choose a provider, enter all information and click through the steps only to get to the end get “provider no longer available try again later”. That happened several times. Also, it makes it seem as if you can enter your insurance but only Quartz was listed and if you didn’t have that it wanted a credit card. Needs fixes to be useful.

Big fail
I gave up after being in the “waiting room” for over 3 hours. Physician was “available now”. No care after 3 hours isn’t my definition of available now.
Easy!
I tried Gundersen Virtual Visit for the first time and it was the easiest and smoothest “visit” to a physician I’ve ever had! The app allows you to state your symptoms, past medical history, upload pictures (which was helpful in my case) and even linked to my Apple Watch to give the physician an overview of a few of my vitals. Within 5min I was live streaming a physician who had taken the time to review all of the information I uploaded and had a diagnosis and explanation for me. He was genuine, kind, and took the time to listen to my issues at hand. This virtual vistas was SO much easier and time saving than traveling 35min (one way) to the nearest Gundersen clinic. I will for sure be using this service again!
