My provider was kind and efficient. He the time to do some education with me. This service was also great. I have work today and would have had to ask for quite a few favors to leave early to go to urgent care. Very pleased.

Once you get a provider it’s great
Spent about an hour waiting for a provider. The first one almost immediately declined me. The second, I spent 30+ minutes waiting only to cancel and find out he was offline. The last one I was able to get ahold of within 15 minutes and the actual consult was very quick and professional.
For the app developers, I’d recommend making sure that if a provider goes offline while a patient is waiting, the patient is reassigned or notified that the provider is offline.
