VORSICHT!!! Trotz Kündigung wird weiterhin Geld abgebucht!
Ich habe mich bereits direkt an den Support gewendet und den Sachverhalt geschildert. Bis heute habe ich keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Ich fordere Guru VPN hiermit öffentlich auf, mir das zu Unrecht abgebuchte Geld vollständig zurückzuerstatten und jegliche weiteren Abbuchungen bzw. Transaktionen von meinem Konto mit sofortiger Wirkung zu unterlassen.
Eine Kündigung hat zu gelten. Es kann nicht sein, dass trotz erfolgter Kündigung weiterhin Geld eingezogen wird und der Support anschließend nicht einmal reagiert.
Ich erwarte eine umgehende Rückerstattung!

Bestellnummern, den Abbuchungsdaten und einem Nachweis der Kündigung; nennen Sie dabei bitte keine vollständigen Zahlungsdaten in einer öffentlichen Bewertung. Please note that App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and usually must be canceled from your Apple ID subscription settings, but if you were unable to do that and have already been charged for 2 months, please contact us directly at support@guruvpn.com so we can review your case and assist you with the refund request and subscription status as quickly as possible. Please include any relevant details such as the Apple ID email used for the purchase, payment dates, and screenshots of the issue if available, since this will help us investigate why you did not receive a response through the app. VPN Guru Support Team

Nick, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. VPN Guru does not charge users after a trial is canceled, and all App Store subscriptions and billing are managed directly by Apple. Deleting the app alone does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so it’s possible the subscription remained active in your Apple account.
