DO NOT GIVE THEM A PAYMENT METHOD
PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE HOLDING MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION HOSTAGE THERE IS NO WHERE FOR ME TO SEE IT AND TO REMOVE IT FROM THEIR PLATFORM
Update:
They’ll comment to email them but will never respond to the multiple emails you send that email address. I’ve been billed outside of Apple subscriptions it was the first place I checked and it doesn’t exist. BEWARE THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR CARD DETAILS ON FILE. I was forced to cancel my card and file a chargeback as it’s impossible to reach them and again, they’ve billed me outside of Apple subscriptions and outside of their own website.

Please note that for App Store subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and payment methods are managed by Apple through your Apple ID settings, not directly within our app, so your financial information is not stored on our platform. To review or remove your payment method and manage or cancel subscriptions, please check your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and Payment & Shipping.
