I was charged 399+ tax for this app and it does absolutely nothing. It’s everything is locked. I want my money back.

An easy and fun way to introduce Spanish

My 7 year old started to use the app and so far he likes it. I initially had a problem because there was no sound. I sent a message and was impressed by how quickly they responded and helped me solve the issue.

I just bought this for $3.99 and there’s only one lesson with 5 Spanish words for barn animals. All other lessons are locked! Please advise or refund money!
