Unable to even get started

I download the app and clicked to start the free trial. I got to the screen that says "Choose your plan" and it's just continually loading. I've tried to exit out and try again to no avail.

Worth it for a month

I‘ve been using the Portuguese version with my two six year old daughters. The twenty one videos and accompanying worksheets are good as far as they go. The girls enjoyed them and the pedagogy of repeating and varying seems sound. TBH, the videos would probably be more appropriate for slightly younger children. The price for a month is about the same as a children’s book and so fair, but there is nothing in the videos that bears repeat viewing. A month’s subscription was enough for us.

So far I’ve tried Mondly for kids (awful) and Droplets (a little advanced for my kids, and basically just introducing vocabular rather than grammatical structures). I’m going to try Dinolingo now, which has much much more material than Little Pim (and European Portuguese, which is what I speak).

Mandarin & Spanish Sets

February 2014, I purchased complete sets of Spanish (Volumes 1 & 2) and Mandarin (Volume 1) for my daughter’s iPad. The device no longer works. Fortunately, I still had email receipts. After chatting with Mabelle in Customer Service, in a matter of minutes, I was sent links with access to all of the courses initially purchased. Works perfect with the iOS App. Totally recommend Little Pim to everyone! Excellent customer service!!!

Passable Application

Don't buy this with the expectation it will work on the TV. The app doesn't work on the the amazon fire stick more than it does. I haven't seen an app for any native television environments like LG or Samsung. The app works ok on Ipad, but I was hoping this would be good to have a learning environment off a tablet. Epsiodes are usually less than 5min. You do have to press play for each epsiode which is a pain, and the content navigation isn't very intuitive. We will keep it until a better platform comes along which shouldn't be tough.
