Original review: The app states that when you sign up for the trial period for 3 days , they will remind you to cancel but they don’t and charge you the annual fee , and their customer support email do not respond at all. Be aware of their shady tactics , now I don’t have a option to cancel my subscription as I don’t want to use the app

We’d like to clarify that trial-end reminders are sent only if notification permissions are enabled on the device. When notifications are allowed, the reminder works correctly, but unfortunately we’re unable to send it otherwise. Regarding customer support, we sincerely apologize for the delay.
