The worst app. Never connects.

This app is soooo bad. We installed this system by mistake. The worst mistake we ever made. This app never connects. In the last two years, we had so many issues unlocking the door. Sometimes you have to try atleast 20 times by reopening the phone to unlock it. Better fix your app if you want peopel to use the system. I waited two years to write this review thinking that it would improve one day.

Still not fixed for IOS 16

Title sums it up perfectly. I have an ipad that was updated to the latest iOS and since then it can’t connect to anything.

Thank you for the message. According to our test for GV-Access (V1.4.2) http and https connection to GV-ASManager on iPhone 13 (iOS 16.1.2) and iPad Air 5 (iOS 16.1.1), no issues occurred for the connection. We’d suggest you uninstall GV-Access and reinstall it. If the connection still fails, please specify your iPad model and contact us at support@geovision.com.tw so we can better assist you. Doesn’t work on iOS 16

The app works fine on android phones but doesn’t work on iPhones. Please resolve this issue.

Please kindly clarify the issue for us: did GV-Access crash on your iPhone, or did it fail to connect to GV-ASManager? The connection works with iOS 15 or earlier, and currently the https connection to GV-ASManager is impacted due to the iOS upgrade (iOS 16.0/16.1). We’d suggest you use http connection instead for now, and we’ll soon release a new version of the app to tackle the issue. IOS 16.1 is not loading my controller

Our organizations android phones connect to as-manager with no issues, our iPhones will not as of update iOS 16 & 16.1. App and iOS are current versions of 16.1 for iOS and 1.4.1 for GV-Access

GV-Access connection is impacted due to iOS upgrade. Please suspend https connection (default port 443) and use http connection (default port 80) instead. A new version is coming soon. Needs ability to filter doors by user

The app is too busy and not too intuitive if assigning user profiles at a residential building. It really needs the ability, under Operator accounts, to disable the visibility of door groups that the assigned login doesn’t have access to open. Otherwise they are far too many features and doors to sort through before they get to their enabled, limited access features

Straight garbage product backed by garbage support

Well, will NEVER use their low quality products. It is clear that they have no idea how to build an access control system. Have several clients as every single one has issues. Finally ripped it out and replace it and problems gone. Very expensive lesson.

They used to be a good company but stay away and save yourself the hassle. We moved to PDK cloud access and are very happy!

Excellent

Very simple to use and does what it says...

No doorbell

The doorbell notification is no longer working for iPhone.

It used to and it still works in android but not IOS.
