Reboot option is grayed out and app says it is not connected to wireless
This app has a reboot option but a change was made that grayed out this option.
Today I was looking at it and noticed that it says it was not connected 😳. I have wireless running on the phone and yet the GVEC WiFi app says no!!!
Maybe one day they will produce a product besides electricity that actually works.

Reboot option is grayed out
For some reason the reboot option is grayed out. It appears that the developer of this app kinda stopped in midstream
App is always down
For the last few months anytime I login to the app, it tells me to update it, which it is. It tells me cannot connect to WiFi. It’s ridiculous it doesn’t always work.
Hate the app
The app itself is very frustrating it is not very reliable at all , I do love the company just not this app. It’s been such a headache trying to keep up with my devices in my household. It’s constantly not working well. Such a pain.

I’ve had two other fiber providers and GVEC is the best I’ve had. Everything is Bluetooth and connected to WiFi nowadays. GVEC is right on target with its customer needs.
